| The Making of Solid Blue |
| This was one of the most laid-back sessions we've ever been involved with.
Basically, it was cut "live", with minimal overdubs to preserve the "concert" feel.
The tracks were cut over a couple weeks at Sweet Irene Studios in Franklin, TN with David Hall -
Engineer and Charley Anderson - Producer. Johnny flew in from Austin, TX
to participate in tracking, doing guitars and vocals. |
The musicians involved were:
- Charley Anderson - Guitars, Keyboards, Bass, and Vocals
- Johnny Anderson - Guitars and Vocals
- Martin Anderson - Vocals and Percussion
- Dave Lemmons - Drums and Percussion
- Rob Haskell - Percussion and Rain Stick
- Dave Santos - Bass on tracks Oh My God, No Mo Nights, Forgiven, and Candy
- Danny O'Lannerghty - Bass on tracks When You Comin' Home, Knockin', and Home
- Peter Burger and Cory Distenfono - Horns
- Mo "Masman" Roland - Keyboards
